We ordered 3 popcorn biriyani buckets for takeaway, and the rice was rock solid and stale. It had no taste. The gravy which they gave was also not fresh and stale as well. And the people who packed didn't even pack the boxes properly and didn't even gave spoons inside the parcel. It was the worst experience from a KFC outlet. Didn't expect that at all.

When compared to other KFC restaurants I found this place some what congested there is no proper sitting arrangements apart from this it was so hot inside like they don't have AC inside inspite of having it. Not a much recommended place I would suggest as a Food Blogger.
Less seating capacity and poor maintenance. Average time to prepare order is more than 10 minutes easily. Much crowded place, avoid if possible.
Horrible experience. Despite weekend evening at 8:30. Only one counter was open. Waiting time about 30 minutes. Manager abdul mohsin was extremely rude. Meal was packed wrong. Missing items in take away
The store manager is not at all helpful. People there have served me wrong food but still they are trying to defend it, even though it is clearly visible on the menu.
Outside Ambient temp 38degC but KFC(Prasads Mall) inside temp 30degC +. No proper temp maintenance(very high temp air inside) I feel very hot(suffocated). Please prefer other branch near by. And Peri peri chicken taste like too salty. Not recommended to anyone.
