Customer service not good.. food also fully dried and not heat.. table kuda clean panna sonna vara matranga.. seriously feel very bad I think waste of cost. Very bad experience

The crispy chicken and signature sides were especially delicious, and the prices were reasonable for the portion sizes. However, I do have to note that the service and token system could use some improvement. The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed and disorganized during peak hours, and the token system was a bit confusing to navigate.

I was ordered take away today my chk no. 18132 for two leg pieces cost 205 But they cheated with wing pices very bad

The restaurant is located in Aerohub West Block, which is adjacent to Airport Metro Station. Commuters travelling via Airport can visit as it is located opposite to the new International Terminal (T-2). The nearest railway station is Tirusulam. Talking about the restaurant, the staffs in the restaurant are friendly and the menu is similar to that of any other KFC outlet. The service is good and the food taste good as well. However on the day i visited many items in the menu were not available. The wait time is also less as the crowd is less in the newly inaugurated outlet. Overall had a good experience and looking forward to visit again.

Too crowded that reason no proper customer service . Other outlets have offer and combo meals here no combo or bucket meals.even single pcs disposable plates not provided 10 member family group Not satisfied with these outlets

I placed an order but the order got cancelled on nov 20th. I paid thru gpay. They said that it will be refunded soon. But till now 2nd December, it was not refunded. Very worst service. It was a big amount. It was very bad

They have only limited seating availability, but you can take the food out and eat in the park that would give a different feeling apart from that everything is like normal other KFC
