The staff or not friendly and won't respond to the customer properly and giving the foods so late......till we ask abt our order they won't provide even if it's there in there counter...if vr nt getting our food hot wats the use of dining there
The food was so bad, no taste at all and the bun nor the Chapathi was fresh in the Burger or the Roll. Highly disappointing, that the food is so terrible at this place. However the ambience is great but not the food.
Tables are not cleaned for more than 15mins, no quick response from the staff and leftover food starts stinking. Quality of food is also not good, the black stigma on bun is served without even checking.
Worst KFC branches are the Vijayanagar and the Chandra Layout ones. The service is very bad and very very very late. These people die to add mayonnaise to the burgers and the ketchup packets they send for order worth 1.5 k are only 2 sachets. The workers here really need to be changed. And also a lady worker from Vijayanagar branch demanded for 5 star rating by appreciating her in the review section and she bribed free popcorn for doing the same.
I have visited this place a number of times and each time I visit I notice they have the same quality, quantity and taste. They never compromise on that. Also due to the covid times now they take all the necessary precautions and make sure everything is prepared with utmost care and hygiene is very well maintained. I just love this place.
Good place and good taste , No service only self service. Sometimes what I feel is KFC is over priced but that taste is too good so we will visit it again . I was badly craving for KFC after having I was happy , Wednesday crowd will be very high( due to offer ). Food quality and taste is very goood
