I ordered kfc bucket after waiting one hour taste is not much good it's not chicken not cook completely next day I feel stomachache too ... it's completely disappointed

This KFC is located inorbit mall hitech city road This place is a new location of KFC kept neat and Hygienic. The place offers Fried chicken,Burgers,Snackers,Milk shakes,Cool drinks,Wraps,Rools and Mocktails. Do visit this place if you're in madhapur and if you're a KFC lover. Amazing place to hangout with your friends and family members Massive with the boys

Every time KFC inorbit mall branch they dissapoint me. I get some bad smell while i eat the chicken

Quick service, chizza is a must try, very yummy. Chicken rockin burger is not that good compared to chicken zinger. No guidelines being followed by the crowd flocking the billing counters, however they also have an option to order by downloading their app, not very user friendly, i tried but ended up ordering in the counter itself. Got the order quickly. The outlet is situated somewhat thrown away from centre of the food court towards the rear end. Popcorn is always a favourite, hot and crispy pieces really depend on the time and luck, sometimes we may get the pieces dripping in oil spoiling the taste, otherwise it will be a nice pick. Seating is bit of a trouble especially during peak hours.

It is in hitech city near to cyber towers , Service is good, staffs are helpful and cooperative. It has ample space for parking. It is spacious. I would recommend this place.

Ordered a zinger combo and one large popcorn chicken, all the items were fine except for the Zinger burger. The chicken was semi cooked, I waited for the counter to be empty so that the staff doesnt feel bad and showed them politely. The girl showed her manager who was busy in phone, he was like throw and give new one what big deal with a careless tone... totally least bothered, no apology , no empathy...he was busy in his phone. I requested the girl I will come after a while please cook it properly. A Replaced new burger was given. This is more worst, I can see the raw flesh and blood, it was frozen and deep fried early. I didnt feel like showing them again as there is no point because manager behaviour is pathetic already. Attached pics of the semi cooked chicken. A very basic thing when you order a burger is chicken must be cooked. Even after informing if the chicken is not cooked, its better to avoid eating at the place. I didnt expect a brand like KFC has such low standards. Check if your meat is cooked always at these places else it can cause food poisioning.

The fries were a bit hard but the chicken was good as usual!

Kfc inorbit mall - Had ordered for a veg burger, after waiting for around 25 minutes we were served chicken burger which took another 15 mins to get it replaced. No customer satisfaction.. Disappointed
