KFC - Restaurant in Ponnamalle, Nazarathpettai - Thiruvallur, India

It's a busy outlet because it's located at Chennai to Bangalore highway so here all the time the crowd pull will be high, more people prefer takeaway rather than dine in ,so the upper floor dine-in area will be empty often ,although the crowd pull is high the staff used to manage the crowd perfectly and food is good as always

Gone are the old days of KFC. Staffs are not courteous including shift manager. Most of the items were out of stock by 8.30pm . No varieties in chicken. We ordered for crispy chicken and shocked to see the plate with all small size chickens, upon asked them to exchange it, they were very reluctant and bluntly refused saying that they don't have any other pieces other than this. Very disappointed. Crispy chicken was not cooked properly and found raw masalas. The taste of the regular KfC chicken was not there. also that aesthetic is missing. About the ambience and the way they maintained the dining area, pls, don't fail to look at the video I have uploaded. It's a complete mess. Zero cleanliness. PS: Please note, I told the shift manager Mr. Sathish and Staff Mr. Guna that I will write a review about my experience. They nodded with an agreement.

Ambience was good, Employees were super friendly. They have taken care of my kid while I'm eating. Zinger burger also tastes good Make everything the mojitos available, that is the only reason for being a KFC customer, Here mojitos were available but in most of the outlets they are not serving mojitos. Thanks for giving me the nice experience.

Very pathetic and horrible experience here. I haven't seen a store Manager like this such an irresponsible lady. Went for Saturday lunch and opted for dine-in. Ordered the ultimate savings bucket and their newly launched chizza. Service was super late though there was less crowd and we chose our space at first floor. I guess the AC was not switched on completely and I couldn't feel the chillness at all. They don't have proper basic amenities on the first floor. Even for an extra sauce packet we have to go down and get from the counter. No tissue paper kept near the washroom. For anything and everything we have to go down and get. It's Totally frustrating. To top it all, they are not even providing drinking water in first floor. For that also, we have to go down and drink from the jar and keep it near the counter. One single jar for everyone steps in. At least they could have provided a paper cup for water. To avoid this, they are insisting us to buy water bottles from them. Poor management

Food and service was good but they didn't switched on the AC in dinning place We went like 11:30am We asked the working person to on but they said 12pm it will on automatically we ate in sweating

One and only worst outlet of KFC - Lady staff behaviour and single counter operations, delay in service is the major key point to correct. On every Sunday's during crowded time they are not even opening second billing counter also no self / automation billing counter. client handling approach, Service management of lady manager is very worst.

Went for a lunch with friend and ordered Big 8 Meal. Service was quick, food serviced in few minutes. In first floor they have big dining space with different wall hangings. Taste of the food was good, but not great. Overall good experience could be better by next time. Ambience: ***** Food: *** Service: ****

This kfc franchise in poonamle highway is pretty good and they have lot of seating but the problem is they lack of options in the menu when i went the signature dish zinger burger is not available and also the dip,other than that it is a usually kfc with good ambience and stuff try it if you are near by
