KFC - Restaurant in Noida - Gautam Buddha Nagar, India

The quality of chicken is continually decreasing. Today I was served with burnt wings and stale chicken. Hard to chew and no taste at all. Also I encountered the worst ever Zinger burger of my life here. I regret going to KFC. I hope to avoid eating at this KFC in future.

It was such a pathetic meal. I always prefer to have kfc over domino's nd Burger King , but this meal from DLF kfc 4th floor rubbish. Just because of rush they are not providing well cooked , I received raw.

Food was on point. Biryani bucket on point. No complaints.

Don't know what to say coz the dips comes with bucket doesn't not taste good ad i bought i large bucket of fried chicken for the first time i was trying kfc ad it was not worth believe me u should choose rolls nation rather then kfc

Worst service ever . We tried Cheeza but didn't liked it because cheese was missing, told them to replace , they replaced but initially we waited for 20 mins and then for replacement 20 another minutes . They even denied refill , which maybe not in the policy but keeping the customer waiting and such behaviour, it was first time at any kfc outlet.

It was one of the worst managed KFC. I ordered chicken strips, which were not ready, so I was sent upstairs seating area with promise that my order would be delivered on table, but I didn't get my order in the next 30 minutes. When I got my order myself, the server didn't give me a dip, which I had ordered, and I had to show the bill.

The store is on the top floor and it's awesome :) The staff is professional and they know what they are serving. Quality is A-one and it's delicious too :) The presentation is awesome and the decors are eye catching in the restaurant and the soft music You can enjoy this place to the fullest with your friends and family. And yes there is a beautiful wall on the same floor for photo sessions

Our experience at this outlet was so so. This is like any other outlet and provides the same menu to choose from. But the staff here isn't that good which disappointed us. Ambience: This outlet is a part of the food court in DLF Mall of India. There are many other branded food chains here so that you get something out of every where. There is ample seating available since it's a huge food court. Payment method: As for the payment debit/credit cards or cash cards or paytm are the available options of making the payment. Generally speaking this place doesn't accept cash and so either card or getting a card from the desk for cash are the options available. Unprofessional Staff: The staff was disappointing owing to the irritated staff which was behaving so different I personally didn't like ordering here at this outlet. The staff doesn't guide or greet you well. Specially the staff I had on the counter behaved as if he was doing me some favor by taking my order. Highly disappointing and dissatisfied. I didn't like the attitude of the staff here they should work towards the training of the staff to be polite and decent. Besides this we had asked him to replace the coke with krushers which he didn't do at the time of ordering. Irresponsible staff and what was further irritating was instead of apologising to me since, I brought to his notice, he apologized to a male friend of mine over looking me. Shame! He thinks women doesn't need to be apologised. This was sad. Food: We ordered a half and half meal combo and the chicken was good. But since we wanted to replace the coke with krushers and owing to the irresponsible staff who didn't care to take the order properly. It was disappointing. Rest the chicken was juicy and tasted great.
