Being generous here with 2 star. The burger was cold and had nothing in it except a bit of lettuce and soggy chicken bundled with unwanted Mayo. The coke was warm and had more water than Kaveri river. Fries couldn't even peep beyond the tiny packets. Value for money - poor so was the taste and service. Pathetic. Highly not recommended.

It's located inside Garuda Mall. As name says It was finger Lickin' good. The ambience and music inside is refreshing. Ordered chicken zinger burgers and coke and spicy French fries. Totally loved it. The place is neat and clean. Well maintained. The staffs are really polite. The waiting period was less. Food felt fresh. The quantity was great. So must try

Hi bengaluru, I have seen so many branches of KFC food in bengaluru, but I never seen such bad experience in this outlet, the staff people are worst, they don't have a good communication skill, and they don't speak a good English at all, and quality and quantity is also worst, please if someone read my review, don't go to garuda outlet and thank you of your patience

The food is good! The place is usually very crowded! So there's definitely a long queue to place your order! Also only one counter is open for orders most of the time. Which needs to be corrected. They need to open both the counters for booking when the crowd is a lot! Otherwise food and atmosphere is good!

Went to KFC at Garuda Mall.. i don't know why the service is so slow... I have gone their quiet a few times but it's still same once you order it'll take them to give us 15 to 20 mins I had tandoori chicken zinger it's not spicy.

My experience was good. The outlet was managed by just 3 or 4 members which was surprising but still they managed to give food on time. If you are 3 person then just order ultimate bucket priced Rs599, I am sure u will enjoy it.

Visited here today. Since we were out for shopping, we thought why don't we visit here. Ordered the Rice Bowl bucket and the Hot and Crispy Chicken they gave was so hard to chew. The upper portion or rather the chicken skin was very very hard to eat and then I had no option but to inform the person who had taken my order. After a while, when I went back to check the person who was taking the order was rather happy laughing with her colleague than to address the issue which I had reported. They then gave us the rice bowl which I received it after 20 minutes. It never happens in any other outlet where one has to wait for so long to get the rice bowl. They did not even replace the hot and crispy chicken which was just too crazy. Anyways, I wouldn't even have had that days old chicken. I will never every walk into this KFC outlet again and neither would recommend anyone. Poor Poor service and pathetic food.
