KFC - American restaurant in Hyderabad - Medchal Malkajgiri, India

We already know KFC Brand how they deliver Quality of food, Really awesome. But setting inside not that much confront, Air cooling will maintain. *Washroom are very small but they maintain very will*

For - chintal branch - very expensive and offered something billing something, if we order our choice food item ,if food item is not available they will only decide and serve , really unsatisfied with cost with food .. KFC good on only imagination, real it's not ..

Just today I visited this outlet, for the first time, The service was so polite. They helped me with choosing my order, with good suggestions, food was delicious, that was a good experience visiting here.

Staff can be more professional , store should be maintained properly. Loud noise as door kept open, there was water drip problem from ac when i visited this evening.

The restaurant was kept very clean,Best Experience, I have visited here at 1.30PM,when special Wednesday combos was here ,Good service,spacious area arranged with the tables

Worst staff , no coordination at all among them. The worst part was there was no cleaning staff . The guy cleaned up the table n touched the dustbin n with same unwashed hands he entered kitchen touched n prepared food .it was so so unhealthy . I latter regretted fir not taking picture of that scene n the guy . Please make a mandatory note that kitchen staff n cleaning staff should be different n must n should wear gloves. Some customer spilled coke n no body bothered to clean as v were there for 30 minutes . Burgers / buns were not fresh /soft n it was cool. Decided never to visit the branch .

Employee behaviour is very bad. And they don't give you a bill.... saying that they have a server issue...... Don't visit this branch, very bad employees

Worst staff.. forcibly add extra items to our order.. worst replied when asked.. lady staff feels like they serve free food.. I can say name but .. management take a look. You people are not doing charity . You are serving when we pay only..
