I'm editing my review because of my current experience .As soon as I mentioned them the matter the manager was kind and sweet, he apologised and compensated. My previous comment: Worst experience ever and it's happening repeatedly.. ordered ultimate bucket in which according to their claim they give 4 hot & crispy, but I received only 2. And this has happened earlier too because we order take away, we come to know only after reaching home.. I recommend people to check their orders properly while they are packing ur order..
I am a zomato rider I was assigned an order today at kfc badlapur when I reached the restaurant to take the order I was shown the order ready when I went to take the order the staff here prepared the order when the order was not ready. When I asked, he argued with me, his speech was very rude. My request to store manager is to teach soft skills to your employees. Especially your ladies staff....
Chicken leg piece were still bloody, the pieces were probably flash fried. The attendant didn't take the entire order at once... They turned off the AC as soon as they stopped taking orders for the night without caring of the fact that there were patrons eating inside. The only thing that was decent was the chicken burger and the masala Pepsi. Huge let down by a international brand like KFC.
Experience was very bad. They are slow in service due to manpower constrain but ambiance is g8. Taste is good. Don't try biryani. They are actually using regular rice for biryani.Even hot and crispy bucket was very oily. Don't try. They are so shameless that in spite of giving customer complaint twice I haven't received a resolution call from them.
