I went here to book the banquet for our family function. It's good for a 100 number people and the restaurant ambience is fine. Bar is also well designed. Big lobby, ample car parking, spacious lawn etc. Overall good.

Very poor service. The room is pathetic, very small and the bathroom is awful. No proper drainage and the towel is dirty. Food is very bad which can upset your stomach. Moreover, the staff keeps calling at night to disturb the sleep. Do not waste your money.

The location is great. Good beds. Good parking area and space. Good cleaning service. In room services are ok. The bathroom are a bit dirty. Can provide house shoes. Wifi was bad. 3mbps. High extra bed charges.

I stayed in this hotel for a week. But the hotel rooms are very small. They give same room for 1 occupant and for 3 occupant. We were three me, my husband and daughter. But they allot same room for us . They should give room specially for three persons. Rooms are too small with very poor ventilation( no ventilation at all). Window glass is fix. No ventilation in bathroom. Not even exoust fan. Food quality and service is satisfactory. Frequent cut off even in nights.

So while the rooms are decent and the service while staying in the hotel was alright- there were frequent power cuts and the room service was late at times. The worst part comes post check out when I've not been able to get a simple invoice for my stay from the hotel despite asking repeatedly for over 4 days. Absolutely atrocious service I hope anyone reading this steers way clear of this hotel and any corporate reading this make sure that any of your execs do not stay at this hotel. The level of service especially for something so simple is beyond pathetic. Must avoid!

I stayed for 10 days. The Bathrooms need ventilation. Food is good in quantity. But not so much in quality. New Key cards need to be introduced. A bit costly of course.

The rooms and hotel management is good.. Food is equally good. The Housekeeping Team is really efficient. Only few things were found missing into the room for eg. In the bathroom accessories, along with the Hand Shower,Tap is not provided. Sofa chair should be in a good condition, T. V channels are not provided with many in numbers as well as the room was not having any open window or balcony for getting the natural air inside though the rooms are air conditioned.

I had Worst experience from this hotel as I was traveling to Banglore on 25 October I booked the Hotel room from the official Hotel website and after the payment confirmation I got a email confirmation of my booking and the verry next Moment I got another Email from the hotel saying that my Room got cancelled and I tried to at the reception and while I called them they told the booking is confirmed and as I believed them and I went to hotel on 25 at around 5 pm they told me to wait for 1.5 Hrs and at the end they told that the room is cancelled and after 24 hrs you will get Refund of your amount and some manager Named Rakesh from the hotel had convinced me and I believed that and I went to another hotel and that I am regularly calling them and also send the email after all these day I haven't received my Refund . I am just saying that the Hotel is a scam!
