verry bed service give me my money back\ ff
After 20 minutes I checked into the hotel, same room was allotted to another guest who was trying to open my door. Fortunately I had put double lock and the guest was not able to open the door. Since I was in the bathroom I wasn't able to come and check immediately. By the time the other guest who was allotted my room saw the floor supervisor and the floor supervisor without checking he also trying to open my door. When I reported this incident at the reception the response was very worst. I asked for Duty Manager to report this but the lady mentioned DM is busy and she will ask her to give a call. I haven't received any call back. I do understand mistakes happen but there should be proper response given by the management. Staff here are not trained to handle the guests and least bother about guest satisfaction. I wont recommend this hotel to anyone and advising all guests who gonna stay in this hotel make sure you take of your safety and put double lock in your door.
Good service apartment, mainly for official travelera those are tired from eating outside food and alwaya looking for a home away from home
