Totally disappointment when booked them for my daughter birthday. Paid 950 per plate with multiple veg items, but service was damn slow and utensils used for serving vegetables was joke for our guests, that after 5 minutes every vegetable finishes and then we need to wait for 5-10 minutes many times. No doubt vegetables were tasty, staff is polite but nothing matters when service is superb slow and guests waited for food and desserts.

The staff were courteous and helpful. The room was clean and neat. Very helpful attendants. A good property to stay in.

If i have option so i will give zero rating to this hotel. If you book this hotel you only get room with bed apart from bed in room nothing is working( T. v, hot water in washroom) and you try to call room service number no one respond. I stay in this hotel for 2 days and i know how i stayed for 2 stays One the first day, i order food from restaurant after 30 min of my order i called the restaurant again to know the status of food they said " 5 min m aa rhaa h" then i wait for 10-15 min still i did not get the food then again i called the restaurant again he said " sir bhej diyaa h" M ok waiting for 10 min but still the sameOne more thing, if you book this hotel then they will ask you your room number before they answer to your question. I had asked him what is the timing of breakfast which was already booked. Then he asked " your room number" and then he replied me after 8:30. Even they don't have buffet Thanks

Worst exprience ever had..!! We came at 2'o clock at the time of check.. will have to wait for 1 hour they give us the room at 3'o clock and the rooms was still dirty and not cleaned soo when we complained they told us to give another 1 hour.. didn't suggest this property to anyone..!!

Male Reception behaviour far below courtesy levels. Stayed at 5th floor and Lift didn't work - the staff kept making false claims. Passable hotel.

Very very disappointed. No management at all, restaurant staff do not even know which order was comes from which table, I ordered soup, paneer tikka and non veg platter after half an hour only dish was served and they forgot rest two dishes to serve, so we walked away from restaurant. Very very bad experience over there, I suggest never go there. Zero star rating.

Firstly, the staff members who attended my call displayed a complete lack of professionalism and courtesy. Their behavior was dismissive and condescending, and they made no effort to assist me with my queries or concerns. When I requested clarification on certain matters, I was met with impatience and an overall unwillingness to help. Such behavior is not only unbecoming but also detrimental to your business. Moreover, the quality of service provided was severely lacking. It is highly frustrating to invest in a product or service, only to receive subpar quality and encounter unhelpful and indifferent staff members. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect, courtesy, and professionalism. It is disappointing to see these fundamental values neglected within your organization. Giving 2 stars as I celebrated my child birthday with 40 guests and selected costly menu but on birthday, their service was poor and food items which I selected like dahi bhalla and moong dal halwa especially it should be five star items but instead they are bringing dahi bhalla in small bowl like we are serving only 3-4 guests and moong daal is soo yuck & smelly and very less in quantity that nobody takes this.though food quality of other items was good.
