As someone from Pune, I approached Keyhole Clinic for assistance with my weight issues. This is how I had the pleasure of contacting Prema Subin, who has been instrumental in guiding me throughout my entire journey. Prema Subin's prompt responses and proactive actions have truly impressed me. Despite the fact that I had to travel from Pune to Kerala for my treatment, the entire process was hassle-free. It was a great experience with Dr. R. Padmakumar at Keyhole Clinic Edappally, Kochi for my Surgery. I had video / audio consultation with the doctor many times before and after the surgery and each time Doctor was very supportive and prompt, answered all my queries, explained the process and helped me recover well. Nursing staff and other support staffs were very friendly and was always helpful and kind. Thank you to the entire team and Dr. Padmakumar.
Booked in for a self funded procedure, Absolutely first class treatment by Dr Padmakumar. Definitely I have to mention all the front office staff ..... everything from arrival through surgery and discharge was like clockwork , very attentive staff all paperwork and discharge medication was speedy and explained thoroughly . We visited the clinic for a Laparoscopic surgery by Dr. Padmakumar. Keyhole clinic and Dr. Padmakumar were very receptive and welcoming. The surgery was held at Lakeshore hospital where Keyhole clinic staff were available to assist us in each process.
