The response in the tele enquiry is aweful. Q: if I can book an appointment for thai massage. A: No Sir, it's Keyaseth medi spa. Here massages are male to male and female to female. As if a therapist can't do a Thai massage to a same gender guest. Quite hilarious!!

There's communication gap among the employees. They mislead the customers. Their services are very very average. Facial was better but the waxing service is an absolute horror. I would definitely not recommend keya seth salon to anyone.

The salon is still in the prehistoric era. There's no Rica Wax option. They still use the old honey wax and old school chocolate wax. They should have more employees for facial, waxing and mani/pedi. When I visited there was only one lady doing the job and hence took an eternity to get the job done. Generally on Saturdays, salons get flooded with customers. But i was the only customer from 11:30am till 8pm. I didn't like the waxing.

The hair smoothening experience was awesome. Hair stylist and the people manning the medi spa are also very efficient and helpful. They know their work. The only glitch here was that, when consulted, they should have been more upfront about the prices. Levying hidden charges later creates unnecessary miunderstanding and confusion which unsettles the customer. Anyways overall, it was a pleasant experience. Thank you.

I loved the make up done by Keya Seth. They made my D-day so special. Extremely happy with the work of Mr. Bikas Biswas. He is an excellent makeup artist. Fully satisfied.

Very very bad experience... don't go there..... My money is completely cheated...staff behaviour is very bad..

Experience was really soothing and worth the money..I had done hair spa and facial treatment by kohinoor ..She had done a perfect job.
