Never buy any property from this builder. If you really want to know the truth, go to their existing project The Green Terraces and talk to any owner (except the association as Mr. President and Secretary of the existing project are very close to the builder and will always tells you that the builder is the best). Their existing project has a lot of seepage issues. It's been almost 5 years and everyone is still facing seepage issues, STP smell issues.
builder experience is horrible, other projects have not the approvals and quality issues. dont buy save your life time money.
