wonderful gym for cardio cross fit and weigh training floor area around 4000 sqft Gym is an excellent, solidly constructed machine from a well known manufacturer. This machine has quality components that provide smooth movement and comfort. It also provides you with more exercise options that you'll ever need.

My favourite place for jym. Jerai machines are branded which they use. Jym crossfit and cardio available

Bests: 1. Well maintained equipment 2. Cleanliness is taken care off 3. Trainers are quite helping (I barely ask trainers for help, but I have seen trainers are continuously helping others) 4. Extra space is available who perform obly body weight workout 5. Punching bag, Tire, Hammers, Ropes for explosive workouts is present 6. T-Rex equipment are available. 7. Main owners are themself available at gym in order to maintain discipline. Problem: 1. Gym is crowded in peak hours (As it is popular in the whole area) 2. As it is very close to highway , parking bike become tricky.

Best equipment with Big space and friendly trainers

Very good equipment. Trainers are good .only some rules should be strict for gym members so everyone can enjoy workout at peak hours.
