Ordered crinkle fries around 10 PM but what I got delivered was normal fries.
The packaging was very bad as fries comes in a container with no air flow at all, which makes the fries very soggy and ruin the dish. Packaging ruined the dish. The steam has to have a way to pass so the fries don't become soggy. Please try to improve and serve.

Big fan of keventers, tried many outlet in bangalore Nd this is the first try in covai, cant wait to have venilaa and clicked only empty bottle, taste as usual great and need to try other shakes in coming days
Finally it is good to see the so popular Keventers in Coimbatore. Tried 3 shakes. Hazelnut, Rasamalai and Oreo, just disappointed.
Hazelnut was just ok. Rasamalai was terrible, tasted like normal milk with mild Rasamalai flavour and Oreo was above average. Currently Yugo and Cream Stone is giving far better milkshakes.
I don't think Keventers taste will be like this, I feel like Milkshake is not done properly due to new shop, so please look into it.

Nice cold coffee and other milkshake options.. True legacy maintained. Liked the bottle as well as the customer service. Would have been happy if they had some more snack options... Will never miss next time around too.
Very poor service. As soon as we choose the flavour, the billing person billed some other quantity ( bottle size) of his own without even confirming the customer. I ordered a regular bottle but he billed for large(this is in phoenix mall, chennai). for the second time i ordered a one regular mint oreo but he billed as two quantity and not even ready to refund. And at the same time, we ordered a cold coffee and they gave us a coffee which is not even cold or hot! I think this is their marketing technique! (This is in brooke fields, Coimbatore) WELL DONE guys. Wasted 450 bucks.
I am a regular customer . Today I ordered cold coffee and i got only half the bottle. When i asked the guy he told for cold coffee they will give that much only. I am gonna stop buying from them. Cheap behaviour.
