Keventers in the Phoenix Mall is a bliss to the people like me who loves shakes and sundaes . We already tried their lipsmacking shakes at the other branch so we decided to have the sundae jar "the dark conspiracy". The jar was filled with two scoops of vanilla ice cream with crushed oreo cookies loaded with choco chips and chocolate sauce ,which gives it a heavenly taste but it has no whipped cream in it for which the staff already apologised to us which was a good gesture from them as they added extra scoop of ice cream in it . Staff at keventers is superb . Service is fast .
It was a home delivery...packaging was good. Quantity was good... We Ordered snicker blast shake and guilty pleasure sundae... Loved the guilty pleasure sundae....the flavours the taste...everything was toooo goood.... Snicker shake was alsooo tastyyy.... Overall loved it...
Takes a lot of time. Keventers is always good but not the workers. Better to check on your order whever you are there or else they will just forget about it and you will just keep waiting.
My experience here was so poor and i feel so disappointed . There attitude was so rude to me . Firstly when i get there ; there was no one on the counter . Both of the workers were in the back. When i asked if someone was there , they did not come to the counter and asked me to say loudly my order . Quantity was also less than normal as i asked them without ice cream so they filled just half bottle and they shaked it so well so that the rest of the bottle got full with the bubbles. After my order got ready , they just put there and did not call me even when i was just sitting there only . So disappointed !!
Worst, expensive and not worth the time and taste palette for anyone. 317 Rupees for hot chocolate fudge and totally not worth it ... appeal to all please avoid
Very bad experience. Manager Mr. Rahul was continually listings song very loudly, the counter person Mr. Anubhav behaviour was also not good. I have not option for '0', other wise I will give 00

Took order of cappuccino , but the vendor was laughing in the background, made me wait 25 minutes ended up giving a refund as he could not make the coffee.
