The quality of food is good but there are no seating spaces of their own as it is a small food counter also the common tables are always full because of McDonald besides it

Have been here many times and never fails to impress me. All of the milkshakes they offer are excellent. They are quite thick and are made using ice cream.

Had ordered a butterscotch icecream in a waffle cone.. The icecream was delicious but the cone felt a bit under baked... Brought it to the notice of the manager, just to inform... They told me it's a choco vanilla mix batter.. Hence the difference in the consistency.. But they insisted on replacing the entire icecream even though i wasn't interested in a completely new one.. Kudos to the team n the manager for being so receptive n gracious

I ordered Sitaphal thick shake..... it did not taste like sitaphal......it was more like vanilla.....did not like it
I ordered a passionate plumyum pudding- sundae.
The sundae came in a small glass container. It had brownie as a base, and chocolate ice cream on top. It was topped with cookie crumps.
The ice cream was not melted and the brownie was soft as expected. The overall sweetness was not too sweet nor too less. The crumps were crispy. The overall combination was perfect.

This Tata Starbucks is the second outlet within the Seawoods Nexus Mall. It's a cozy corner at Level 2 where the staff are not just super friendly and polite, they are excellent in their preparations of coffee. It's money worth spending!
