KETRISH DEVELOPER LAND MARK - Condominium complex in Hyderabad - Medchal Malkajgiri, India

Who ever reading this can consider 3 stars as 5 stars. What a lovely place, what a construction and what a lovely landscape and maintenence. I cut 2 stars for it's location it is very interior and did not like the approach road. The approach roads are very narrow. The construction 5stars and maintenence 5stars and for The architect 5stars. My friend stays in A block. The parking lot is very good and the security and surveillance is simply massive good. I think every owner purchased is happy and satisfied.

Good Spacious , with Walking track, 3 Blocks, A,B,C with Club House, having Gym, Hall for any get together, Meeting place, with garden, children playing park, with Basement 1 and 2 parking Car, Scooter parking and Guest Vehicle [P]

Looks very decent construction with all fecilities. Greenery is being developed. Time will tell about the maintenance, which is a key factor. Hope it will be good. Corridor is quite wide unlike many buildings I have seen.

Really awesome place and location and I strongly believe value for money especially for the kind of quality and amenities they are providing. They have not compromised on quality on any of the things. I recently bought a flat in there. I am lucky to get a flat there! Thanks Ketrish!

Though the project is late may be due to known fact Covid faced like any other builder but the quality of the project outcome is far better than expected and I noticed that very good community lives in

initially it was good, builder hasn't completed the project after 2 years lao. just postponing the works. no responsibility. accountability, ownership.
