Worst hospital in the surrounding... Non experienced doctor.. no proper equipment for treatment.. they told us to take the patient to Ramaiah as they do not even have equipment for endoscopy... Do not opt this in case of simple treatment also

One of the worst possible experiences at this hospital. Cutthroat, money minded, zero courtesy or service mind. The way they handled my cousin was pathetic. Their insurance desk sucks.

Dr Ketham Ramnarayan speaks to the patients very attractive and his treatment is not upto the mark. My wife underwent root canal procedure sometime back and developed infection and consulted another doctor elsewhere two days back. We were shocked and surprised to know that while performing the procedure he cut the very root itself. So before consulting him think twice.

Very poor service. Yesterday midnight I went for hospital for emergency that hospital person playing games in his mobile he is not opening door later hospital aaya is opened. Next incident duty doctor told nurseries to put injection in that time why that nurseries laughing I did not understand still. And they don't know to put injection for injection they taken half an hour. And next incident doctor saying it's very serious issue plz admit immediately.

Very worst hospital with no ethics they think only money not the patient condition and when it's critical they say move to other big hospitals since we have no such equipments pls don't go to this hospital.

Very worst hospital...they do sample collection nd tell that the report will be available by evening but after 3 days also the report is not ready if we go nd enquire they provide nonsense answers nd telling don't come to hospital next time the staffs are very rude.

Worst doctors. They don't know what they are doing. I think they have just passed MBBS for the sake of passing it. They do not how to diagnose simple cough,cold,stomach pain issues. All they want is to give IV injections, take ECG and write unwanted tests in the prescription and make money. That is the target set by the hospital management. Strongly recommend the government to cancel the licenses of these kind of hospitals. Please never ever go there.

Caution: This is a very small hospital and should not be considered for life threatening emergencies like heart attack, stroke, major accidents, etc. This was confirmed by one of the doctors themselves (highly appreciate the doctor for honesty). Specialists are not available most of the time. Pros: 1.Very friendly, well mannered staff. They are not arrogant like staff of Columbia Asia. Especially the nurses. Even the pharmacist let me check for the expiry date of sodamint which comes in a bottle even though I returned after 30 min. 2. The doctor answered all my doubts even though they were quite complex. Normally doctors would get offended if you discuss working mechanisms of drugs, etc. 3. Not crowded. The waiting time is low. 4. 24/7 basic treatment. Physician available at most times. Wound treatment procedures are up to date and comparable to international standards. 5. We didn't experience the greedy money making attitude present in big private hospitals. Only necessary treatment was administered. Cons: 1. The hospital looks professional but is highly unprofessional!. (Not the nurses and doctors but the management). 2. Specialists are not available most of the times. 3. No parking space. 4. The casualty is locked! or the generator room outside is named casualty!. 5. The hospital has a stupid rule of leaving footwear outside. But the staff wear their footwear inside. Thankfully this rule is not compulsory. EDIT: In the last week of November, there was a case of a man who had collapsed due to hypoglycemia after dialysis. He was brought woth no pulse. The doctor here couldn't even check his pulse and pupil dialation. Infact the pharmacist did that. They refused to admit a critical patient citing lack of EMS. Stay away from this hospital for serious issues.
