Recently visited this place again for gold jewellery purchase and I must say It was so pleasant there. The lady who showed us jwellery was very patient and also understood my taste in design and showed us according to that. Really happy for purchasing from this place.

This showroom is the best not only in Jamshedpur but in entire Jharkhand. The jewelery collection here, whether it is yellow gold, antique, polki or diamond, really will not find such a design anywhere. Can't even imagine getting so many great designs here in light weight and at least rate. I will suggest everyone that if you want to get wedding jewelery or gift purpose and any kind of purpose first you go to Keshavji Chhaganlal Jewellers. And the showroom inside is very beautiful. I am sharing here my experience which I spent last three and a half years, worked. Thanks for giving me valuable opportunity especially Hitesh Sir. And I committed,whenever I get married, I will take all my wedding jewelery from here.
Degrading from 5 star to 1 star Visited the store on multiple occasions , but day to day there behaviour is deteriorating(specially the male staff). They are not at all welcoming. They are least interested. If you want to purchase get the item and get lost. Female staff are way better then the male staff, they atleast get involved and listen to the customer. My last visit was with my parents and the response I got was very bad. It was really a bad experience. Hope things get better.
The place is good, they have great hospitality and they actually welcome the customers with a huge smile. But there's just an opinion from my side that KC doesn't have any branch elsewhere as in suppose you visited some other state or place take it as Delhi. If you wanna sell or exchange your asset, you have to come back to jsr and do the same but if you take the same product to anywhere but not KC. you would not get the same value since the product is not from there brand/shop. But this is the case with every brand not just KC. But if we get a product from some brand which has a number of outlets then one would get the same exchange rate as promised for example Tanishq. Now obviously Tanishq is kinda expensive compared to KC, but you don't have to visit back to jsr it can be done in any outlet of Tanishq. But anyways everything looks good if we don't compare the staffs are helpful and friendly. Gave 4 stars for the same reason as I mentioned above.
