Decent hotel to stay. The hotel is now taken over by Fern group and is being renamed as Fern Kesarwal. Slowly slowly the hotel is renowating. The hotel is 30 minutes drive from Dabolim airport. Nice rooms. You have got interconnected rooms as well. I am staying in 206 which is interconnected to 205. So families can prebook these interconnected rooms if they require. Fod is good. I tasted chinese cuisine in the afternoon which was nicely prepared. Rates are also nominal. A quite hotel. You don't find happening places outside hotel. A water spring named Kesarwal spring is nearby. Rooms are specious. Very few hotels offer dining table in rooms. This hotel has.

We went to waterfall near Kesarval, enjoyed a lot, one of the best memory we had there, we did trekking too. It was full rain.
First and foremost thing it is operated by THE FERN and the property and some of the staff are not at par with The Fern standards. Paint work in the room is shoddy, extra bed we had ordered was prepared in our room in very untidy and unprofessional way. When we asked house keeping staff to replace worn out towel with the better one he said all towels are like that only. Mostly I will not stay in this hotel again.
Nice Resort will all the amenities. Came here to have lunch on my way to Palolem from Calangute. It was a refreshing experience being here. Good staff, soothing ambience, good food. My family and friends enjoyed here. Ample parking, swimming pool etc...its studded with all the ticks of a good resort. Though its not at the beach but at the left side of the highway.
i had been to this hotel for 6 nights. my review is 3 stars as i find there are less involvement for guest care. this hotel is more of lawn party, functions, ceremony.. and nearby you find nothing happing just a main panjim margoan vasco road connected. that was a last stay .. anyways it was a okay experience. but i will not recommend for stay puropse. as per rate with 18 percent gst. there could be more better options in goa.
