Attention Kesri tour. Don't consider as your seniors few years back ( Patil sir) put hard work in the past and established the brand that means you will too get revenue. It is been one week we had been to your office for enquiry. No response on anything for tour. You don't bother to take calls as well. Again loosing your reputation . Good and nicely maintained office
Had booked a tour with Kesari tours via Vashi Branch. Had terrible experience. Before booking the tour, you are entertained by them. After booking, no one answers your call. Never expected this from Rohan. Poonam Mayekar has already left during the LOCKDOWN. So now, no one seems to be interested. I had cancelled my tour due to COVID situation in the month of March 2020, but till date I.e. 29th September 2020, I have not received my refund. A significant amount of cancellation charges have been applied. But still no sign of refund and all their officers have been unresponsive. I hence shall never recommend Kesari tours for travel, even on the occasion of the World Tourism day.
Kesari tours is one of the best Tour operators. We opted for custom tour planned by their Strawberi Holiday's. For 9 days tour package to Bhutan + Darjeeling they charged us 1.8 lakhs (without flight), around 18k per night. The hotels that they gave us in few places were below 3* yet lower segment rooms. We had to upgrade at Hotel by paying extra costs. Driver / pickup person's contact number was not shared on time. Will never recommend Strawberi Holiday's to anyone ever.
Pathetic staff response, once you book and if you cancel they will try to deduct your almost all money, they will say your flight is booked, we will deduct flight fare but when you will ask for PNR they won't provide, if they agree to refund it take more than 10 follow up of their office visit, on phone they never reply.
Mr. Kaseri Patil must see such issues otherwise very soon people will loose trust with Kaseri tours
I reached out to them for first time this March for planning my trip to Thailand with family.. their hospitality was outstanding.. The way our entire trip went was superb.. felt pampered, relaxed and super awesome during my trip and during my collaboration with kesari :) highly recommended for others and already looking forward for my next trip with kesari..
