It is a boon for pet lovers, having such a facility in our city Firstly all note this is a referral hospital and they won't admit any direct cases. Helpful staff, wonderful and attentive doctors. Good and near facilities including operation theatre and dialis. Our cases are attended by a junior doctor exclusive and will be guided by a senior. Only disadvantage i seen is no medicine available and we have to buy from nearby shop. PS. I have seen a review mentioned on no receipt, but i have received all receipts so far by prints or by SMS.

Very helpful doctors. Nice facilities. Kerala Government is intervening in veterinary medicine effectively. The government pays much attention to animals. It was a nice experience.

My pet cat died due to Parvo virus contracted from this hospital. She was brought in for a neutering surgery and died on the 6th day. We could clearly see that the hospital premises especially common areas like examination table were not at all sanitized and even the gloves worn by the examining staff were not changed after consultation. We had told the staff 2-3 times to clean the area but they never paid a heed. I'm pretty sure like my cat a lot of other pets might have died due to Parvo(from the hospital), so we tried contacting Ms Sindhu Krishna of AHD department to make her aware of the situation and to take action but every time she picks the call and tells she's busy or in a meeting. Just want to ask will the same negligence and unbothered attitude will be shown if it was a human and not an animal? (Pls tell me what can I do further for them to take action)

Good approch. But didn't get any receipt on payment didn't get any prior information for treatment based money spent. Not helpful for poor people. In my experience the hospital for high level persons, who has splendid money.

Best place for pets. Really clean and has great doctors and staff. Only patients with refral letter or emergency cases are admitted

One of the best experience veterinary doctors the city I would say. For sure your pet will be taken complete care and provides good medical facilities from general check ups to complicated treatment and even operations if required...

Good treatment and the doctors are extremely caring and empathetic towards the patients moreover the facilities are also advanced. Your pet needs a referal from other hospitals to get treatment from there.The place is also very clean as the staff does his job frequently after every consultation.
