The room is spacious and clean. They allowed our pets and our pets were really happy here. We had a very comfortable stay here. The owners were friendly and soft spoken

A small, family-run lodge right at the Varkala Cliff. I stayed here in June 2022. If coming by taxi/car, leave the car at helipad parking and come here on foot. There is an approach road through narrow streets with potholes in monsoon, better avoid. Room and the attached toilet were neat. Speed of WiFi is acceptable. Inexpensive, yet I have no complaints. I really enjoyed my stay here; would love to come back here again :-)

We booked the deluxe villa here which is about 15 minutes from the train station and 20 seconds walk to the beach. The owners have been really helpful especially aunty who helped us with an early check-in, booking auto to different places and train stations , and other info. The room was very neat and tidy. It was definitely worth the money.

Great place to stay if you are on a budget. It is also very neat and clean. The owners are also very warm and welcoming. Its a stone throw away from the varkala cliff. Rooms may feel a little small but no complaints for the price we paid.

She was very helpful and cooperative. The balcony is very relaxing. The room is small and cozy. The terrace was also big. The best part was that the sea and the steps into the sea were really nearby. Even after 9pm or really late, you can safely climb down the steps and sit at a safe distance from water and enjoy the sea waves The sand is white and soft and beach is surrounded by a cliff. Such amazing sunsets. And all the good famous restaurants within 500mt radius. We visited from Chennai. She even let me use their own kitchen when my stomach felt bit uneasy.

5 star for what you pay VS what you get. My experience: 1. Location is very near to the cliff. 2. Hospitality was praiseworthy. We were treated as real guest in spite of being foreigner. 3. Thier homemade food was excellent. Their rooftop is well decorated and a great place for spending some quality time. 4. Highly recommended for budget and mid budget tourists.

Went just for a night stay . It was Just basic room. Room was very small to stay with a dog. We reached at night 10 pm , could not find any food nearby , and they dont serve food . Parking was only for 3-4 cars . Also it was mentioned in booking that it wasnoet friendly, but one day before stay they mailed us that they can not accept pet as it was full that day. Later i had to request and as my credit card was added while booking , cancellation charge would be 100%, they allowed us to stay. So make sure you call them up and ask if they are allowing pet before booking. Cleanliness also was ok. Overall it was a below average stay. It was a lodging experience at best

They are such a genuine people I have ever met. I lost my MP3 player in the room( which really means a lot to me personally). I really thought I won't get back my MP3 player but they sent it back. such a sweet people with good heart. During our stay they helped us with transport. I asked for a kettle in the late night without any hesitation they gave me a kettle. Such people do Exists.. we had a best stay there.
