Worst experience ever. At night the power is very important for each and every house. The number given here is always busy. It is in do not disturb mode. Atleast please work during the night hours. Day time also the time for rectifying is much more than expected.I'm in Village area. Atleast please do repair in night. It's been more than 5 hours of power cut no proper response from the office. Please do take it serious. It's is 2023 but still it's like 190's. Atleast attend the call.

I am from Kallumala. Here no voltage. Trying to call last one hour when ringing nobody will attand and always number busy

If there is a power cut then they won't pick up the call and even if they do so there is no useful response. They only have excuses, very irresponsible response. They are telling they don't have officers to work at night.

I don't ever see such an irresponsible office in my life.I am facing power failure from morning 9 am and all my works are pending.Whenever I contacted KSEB office for an update they are repeating the same "will be up in 1 hr". Now it's 9.30PM,still no power here.Feb up and frustrated with such behaviour from a responsible team.We are expecting atleast a TAT time,so that we can update in our office.We are forced to go office if such things are happening again. Another thing,the phone no ,they used to keep it busy always.I don't have any contact no of senior officer or any other authorised persons to an update. Usually I don't post any negative comments,but I am posting this because that much I am frustrated now.

Most of the times they dont pick up the cal and even if they do so there is no use... They only have excuses..very irresponsible response... They are telling they dont have officers to work at night..

So many people are longing for a government job. It is high time that these irresponsible people should be removed from thier job and give thier chance to some other deserving candidates.

The service of this firm has ensured high sales of inverter and UPS units in every house at Mavelikara. In fact inverter has become mandatory in every house where school kids are there. I guess this is a standard story in every city since the number of times power failure happens in a day is countless. I fail to understand why it is such a complicated activity. Not sure if there will be any improvement in the near future.

Such an irresponsible and not respecting customer service are exhibiting by the people of this KSEB. I dont know authorized people are aware about it or not. Very bad attention towards the customer.
