If you are a Kerala person and you are staying in Yelahanka location you must visit there. Palakkadan Matta rice fresh fishes especially both Mathi fry (chala) & Ayala fry are very nice . You can visit and see how he is cleaning and cooking. A small and average kitchen space. Like our 90's middle-class family kitchen. A 56+ aged guy with his wife is running the restaurant (both are malayalees) you can interact with them in both Malayalam and kannada. They will explain daily basis dishes and menu. Chicken biryani, lunch, chapathi, appam, Kerala porota, sambar, kootu curry, fish curry, pappadam, and pickle. These are usual foods available. Only 50/- for lunch. Fish fry 40/- comparatively it's an affordable and best price compared with other Kerala restaurants. Recommendable
( NB:- This restaurant is an ordinary local restaurant. Don't expect too much like 3 star setup)
Great place to have kerala food without putting hole through your pocket.. Nattil oru oocha oon kazhikan pattiya sthalam.. taste great for all items especially certain items u only get in kerala u can have all kerala items ..And nattil le lunch ne oru kaadayil keriya feel um.. Simply sitting limitations is there . if ur a looking for tidy, kerala interiors and stylish chairs it's not your place .. oru sadhranakarante sadharana kada nothing hi-fi..
I had a lovely time with my colleagues, we had some very informative discussions on the local culture and a broad range of topics. It seems the place is quite popular as all tables was full. The food was very good, it's my first time eating buffalo meat. Despite language barrier, so I recommend you know someone locally, service was friendly and quick.
Good Kerala homely food at affordable price. Atmosphere is not much good. But food is okey. Mess available.
worst food ..pls dnt go ..beef fry very smell .biriyani not tasty .poor service staff very rude behaving
The place is a small hole in the wall eating joint. At first when we entered it was empty, but the owner quickly greeted us and we placed our order. We had 5 Kerala parotta, 2 plate chicken roast & 1 fish fry for just Rs. 260/-. The service was prompt and the food was amazing. The dry chicken had a nice spicy kick and even the gravy with it was also really flavorful with tangy and sweet notes which complemented the spicy chicken. The fish fry was also crisp and spicy. Loved the entire meal and outing. The owner refused any tips and was really courteous. I totally recommend it to people who want to try good food at affordable prices and are not stickler for ambience.
This is an everyday home food place. If you like malayalee food with mota rice and the whole thali like platter, then this is the place. It's a place where you can blindly go and expect no surprises and for an everyday food I love that. I don't have to think of what to eat or experiment. I go and order One meals with fish or omelette or erachi roast or whatever I like on the sides as an extra. you can just have the meals with a very generous helping of rice and curries. You don't go there if you want AC and fancy. Just giving you a heads up. Oh you get appam, roti and porotta etc as well. I go there for my lunch and they just give me food when they see my face.
Had a really bad experience, the food was not at all great.

We stumbled upon this restaurant accidentally. But we are so glad we did! We had mutton biryani, chicken curry and kerela parota. We had requested the chef to not add any coconut in the meal. And was it amazing!must visit place for all meat and birya
One of the best places for malabar cuisine in bangalore. Operating in a bungalow, this place doesn't look like your regular restaurant from outside. The ambiance is very simple and traditional. The food is amazing, we tried a couple of dishes prawns
Food is really nice. All items are having authentic Kerala style taste. Very good and cordial staff. Must try are Chatti chor, coconut milk shake, Nool porotta. Space is less and getting a parking is tight. Better take an Uber or Ola to reach there.
You get authentic Kerala dishes. Lot of varieties in fish. Descent ambience and well behaved staff. Meals are provided in buffet style with reasonable price.
I have visited here twice. The place is very pocket friendly and authentic food. I always order the veg meal along with some non veg curry on the side. I love their chicken curry and fish fry. The fish curry was decent not to my liking. For veg meal,
