Great home stay with a jungle view. The owner is very humble. Rooms are neat and clean and properly maintained
The host Shibu is so humble and a gem. He helped us in booking kathakali, kallar and bamboo rafting. Property is located on the edge of the national park so no 7 star hotel can match the location and view you get from your private balcony. The rooms have all the basic amenities with 24 hour hot water. We saw bison, wild boar and many birds from our balcony. The property has coffee, avocado, banana trees. Great homestay at thekkady near periyar tiger reserve. Spacious and clean rooms and that too very near the tiger reserve area. We there are rooms with balcony facing the forest where we can spot sambar deers, indian gaur , wild pigs etc. The host shibu chettan is so helpful and provide great hospitality. I can easily recommend this property to anyone. Also easily accessible to periyar tiger reserve entry and boat landing parking etc.
Had a wonderful stay here. Parking is on the street which we were not aware of. Clean rooms, friendly and extremely helpful owner. Beautiful view of the forest from the room Had a great time.

I visited in Nov 2022 . Rooms are very spacious, well maintained, clean and offer great view of periyar national part, they also have nice garden and sitting arrangement to enjoy your morning cup of tea. This is at very fair price. Owner Mr. Shibu and his wife are very polite and well spoken people. Room bed is big can easily accomdate three people. Bathroom is clean and spacious. It's very near to periyar national park and easly accessible. Enjoyed stay at this place .
