I heard about this restaurant in online platform. And they tell its amazing restaurant and delicious food ,dishes. I don't feel anything. Even customer service also average. They have so many veritys and in particular time. And me and my frdz tasted some dishes i feels its average. Nothing to impress. And they have lot of parking facilitys and lot of dinings to sit. We can't select what kind of seats we need they will and we need to sit there.!
I recently dined at Kerala Hotel and it was a delightful experience. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, creating a perfect setting for a special meal. The menu offered a diverse range of dishes, and the flavors were outstanding. The attentive and friendly staff added to the overall enjoyable dining experience. Recommended to all go and experience the variety of seafood dishes!
# washroom was not clean
# no proper direction in the hotel compound
I once had a bad experience here when I tried their Nidhi Porotta, which turned out to be one of the worst foods I've ever tasted. Despite that, I decided to give it another shot recently. I opted for their meals, primarily because it was raining heavily, and I was on my two-wheeler, so I thought I'd give it a try.
To order, you needed to buy a meal parcel from the counter and then proceed to the dining area. The meal was packed inside a paper wrap, containing rice, omelette, pickle, carrot thoran, aviyal, pulisherri, fish curry, and to my surprise, it included two full mackerel (ayla) fish fries. The meal was priced at Rs. 115, but it turned out to be quite average. The carrots in the curries were undercooked, and they still had the skin on them.
After the meal, I decided to have an orange juice, which was served in a broken glass. I wondered if they couldn't afford to replace the damaged glasses. On the positive side, the wash area was clean, and the service was mostly self-service. There was ample parking space available, and the location was easily accessible, right in front of Lulu Mall. In summary, my overall experience was just average.
I took their take away and had seafood mostly. Natholi fry, prawn fry , nidhi porotta and their chicken fry. Everything tasted nice.
The location is great and there is outdoor sitting area. Cleanliness can be improved but otherwise it was great.
Expected more but was disappointed. Food is just ok. Not very tasty. There is self service only. We ordered 8 nos numbers of chatti choru. Rice, Ayala, kannava, omlet, avil, toran, chamandi, pickle, kondattam, pullisheri, meen curry included in chatti choru. Rice was a very huge quantity. Rs 200 + tax was the price for one chatti choru. I suggest the quality of the food can be improved.
The food tasts was good. Authentic Kerala cuisine. Only self service available which is a nice concept. No cutlery provided which is again a great initiative as you will need to eat only in the banana leaf packing provided. The place is very close to LULU Hypermarket. Tried the Karimeen Fry, chicken biryani.. all tasted good . Recommended place.
2 uunn meetticcu.. full kazhikkaan polum pattiyilla.. vy full aayi poi..
It's easily visible from the road as it's located on the left side towards Kanyakumari direction, traveller's from the Kanyakumari direction should take an underpass to reach here through a service road. It's very close to lulu mall and you will have a spectacular view of the ongoing traffic, lulu and the occasional flight take offs all from the outdoor dining. There is ample car parking which can accommodate a lot of vehicles at a time. Overall it's a decent restaurant, the staff and service is great and has decent food too.
Going by the rush on a Sunday afternoon we thought food in this place would be finger licking good. Though it was not amazing, it was not bad either. With ample parking space and considerably good ambience, it was worth a try. We had chatti chor and the quantity was good... quality could be a bit better. Whenever you visit, be prepared for a huge waiting time. Moreover, food is not brought to the table... it is to be collected from the counter and then go find a table to sit and eat.

I recently enjoyed dining with the best mutton dishes in the city. While the location may not have the glitz and glamour of some upscale eateries, don't let that deter you because this place is for delicious mutton cuisine.
