We completed our longest 13 days 12 nights Kerala family trip. Still, it didn't at all,felt exhausting. Rather, we didn't want our trip to end. Our overall trip experience was smooth, delightful and met our expectations. Thanks to Kerala Holidays to take care of our overall trip arrangements. The hotel stay experience was a highlight. Rooms, food, ambiance and everything were on the mark. Thanks to Archana who put lots of efforts in planning the itinerary. She put extra efforts on my specific requirements like room types and places to visit. Shahina, who was from booking and finance management, was efficient in her work and did all bookings without any mistakes. I was afraid since we changed nearly 10+ hotels with specific requirements for each one. To my surprise, she managed these things flawlessly. Special thanks to Sachin who was our travelling partner these days. He was calm, helpful, polite and knew Hindi which made my parents really comfortable. We had asked for Hindi speaking driver, and they provided. He suggested good places to visit and restaurants to eat now and then. Our Vehicle was fresh, comfortable and well maintained. His driving skills through narrow and twisted pathways was impressive and has to be mentioned here. Our experience was overall nice and smooth. When it comes to Kerala holidays or any tour provider, it also depends on what people you come across. So you have to be careful and do a little bit of own research of the place always. I would suggest to go with Kerala Holidays over other package providers. It is comparatively cheaper since they are a local tour company as compared to package providers like mmt and thrillo. There are lots of local tour agents in Kerala. I had done lots of research and found this one to be the best. One package provider had there driver timing till 5pm only which they didn't inform earlier. This I confirmed with Kerala Holidays beforehand and they have flexible driver timing. In the end, go with Kerala Holidays. Thank you so much Kerala Holidays for making our family trip special.

It was an awesome and very well planned trip for us. All the stays and arrangements are very well done and specifically stays at Thekkady and Alleppey houseboat exceeded our expectations. It was a great experience to enjoy my trip with Kerala Holidays. All the hotels arranged for us were great. Mrs. Shahina and Mr. Arjun were always helpful and responsive to any queries. Two things we were a little unhappy about: 1. Although the car was very comfortable and the Driver , Mr. Anurag ji was awesome, the seating arrangement of the car was not couple-friendly . We asked to change the car but the exchange price was unacceptably hefty. 2. The houseboat : It was not a good experience at all in the houseboat. We knew that AC would be working from 9PM to 6AM. But even during that time the AC remote was not handed over to us , and they took it from us with a bargain. As a result the two of us caught a cold . The food quality and hygiene was not as expected . Although we enjoyed the picturesque scenery of the backwater of Alleppey a lot while cruising on the houseboat , the night stay on it was not up to the mark we expected. Other than these two points , we have enjoyed Kerala greatly and we would like to thank Kerala Holidays for the same.

They were Very kind and friendly, our trip has been planned suddenly and we don't know a single thing in Kerala choosing this agency is a wonderful choice for every one and especially it's very safe to travel with them no hassle while checking in hotels and the driver they arranged has taken very good care of us. But please plan the places and the days before you visit.

I had an 6-days tour starter by airport in kochi. We went to Munnar, Thekkady and Kumarakom. The agency delivered a Suzuki Swift for the tour. Not the best car for long distance drive and mountain roads. The driver was friendly and helpful in the best way. I did some trekking that wasn't included in the tour program and the driver gladly took me there. The first hotel(Munnar) was completely new and very nice. The second and third have seen better days. Old and a bit dirty. A good tour all in all. A level up would be a better car.

I made a plan with one of the representatives her name is Farsheena of this and she handled it very carefully and modify itinerary according to our exact requirements. I asked so many times to add and update the itinerary and she did this very patiently. I would also like to thank our driver Manikuttan. He came to cochin to pick up us from day one he guides us in so many things he shared info on many tourists destinations which we don't know. He is very polite in nature and talk nicely. He waited for us for more than hour just to be make sure we are safe He is very concerned about female safety. From cochin to Trivendrum with Kanyakumari it was most beautiful journey for us and I would like to thanks specially Manikuttan to made our trip more memorable and I surely recommend him as a driver cum guide and kerala holidays. Their process is also smooth. Thanks a lot I surely recommend to others wherever I can. We had a fun!! Thanks to you guys!!
