Worst experience my friends and I have ever had at a massage place. I walked in hoping for a relaxing head neck and foot massage and got oil SLOPPED all over my body. The management did a piss poor job of communicating what we wanted to the ladies doing the massage and I got my body rubbed vigorously to the point that my skin felt raw the next morning. The management was also quite manipulative in offering to not have us pay for our massages and then feigning shock when we accepted the offer. We did tip the ladies 500 individually for their work and time and walked off. They tried to stop us for "one last request" which was surely relating to a Google review but we denied it and went home to immediately wash the oil off which was not pleasant smelling or feeling. Also, in the massage room, I could hear every conversation that was going on in all the other rooms and every other masseuse at work. Additionally, I had to request the staff multiple times to give me some privacy as I changed in and out of my clothes and they completely took the towels off my body while the massage was underway. I was also put off by how the ladies kept trying to turn me over and moved my underwear down to expose me. Highly sus . I also requested that I don't get any oil in my hair but my hair was then moved out of the way with oily hands. All this when I do speak the language. Would not recommend to anyone.

We were here for our vacation and this was exactly what we needed to end our vacation. Hands down the best massage place ever to visit. Kudos to the team and very kind staff, a well maintained place.

The full body massage was good but nothing too special- The facility was simple, no candles/music whatsoever, the lights were turned off during the massage, which didn't exactly create a relaxing atmosphere.The oil used didn't smell too good but left the skin nicely soft. Being spoiled by spas in Europe, i don't think i would spend the same money a second time, but that's probably because of my standards, in total everything was okay. The staff was nice and offered tea twice, Thank you!

Awesome, I am a business woman, my background is quite busy and tiring then my friend ask me for this spa and my experience was really wonderful. Neat and tidy room , clean towels,well disciplined ladies staff especially jyoti who has given me prompt service her service were so precise that I did not even know where my tiredness disappeared and in the process we became friends and btw I liked the smell of the oil used there this was my first experience which was wonderful and the best thing was the owner.. Owners simple gracious hospitality and I would like to say that if you want to eliminate stress from your life and love your body then you should also take service from this place.. I would like to become a regular customer here

My husband and I both had amazing massages. The rooms are beautiful and clean. There are lockers to put your valuables in. The masseuses are very professional and nice. Before and afterwards we had a talk with owner about problem areas and what to do about it. He was very helpful and made us feel welcome and comfortable. He even gave us a ride back to our hotel!

THANK YOU ... feel revived ' really worked on muscles. body feels mended. Came in feeling stressed and left feeling relaxed and happy. staff very polite and helpful. Owner someone down to earth, very friendly atmosphere. Good Hygiene well maintain.

Not happy with the reception staffs lack of communication with the masseurs. All services are written in English online and on site, my group was clear about what service we all wanted with the men at reception who spoke English. We were asked if we wanted a full body 45 minute session instead and were firm in the service we originally asked for. We did not get this service. We all tried to tell the masseurs multiple times what we asked for in the way that was written on the menu but they continued to give us a full body massage. I would recommend the full body for those wanting a more physio style rub down than relaxing massage. Once it was over we returned to reception and were honest about not being happy that we didn't receive what we clearly asked. The reception wrongly blamed the ladies and then blamed their menu; claiming it was outdated, written incorrectly and that services, which were seperated by slashes were meant to be individual, not a group pack, despite short paragraphs below explaining it is a package service. We tipped the ladies for their job (we wish we could've done this in private so they aren't pressured to give it to the men in charge) and then took the offer from reception to not pay who then tried guilting us for it. They did not do their one job of communicating what we wanted, they were manipulative and tried taking advantage of foreigners in hope they wouldn't complain and tried blaming their workers when they were caught.

Awful manipulative experience. The men at the desk spoke English and we were very clear that we only wanted the head/back/feet massage and NOT a full body massage. Once directed downstairs we reiterated this to the massage ladies who whilst spoke minimal English understood what they were being told. They immediately Slopped oil all over our legs and backs. We had asked them not to do our heads as we didn't want oil in our hair. We were moved and pushed down the table by our heads so many times. We're given a full body massage that was so rough and fast, vulvas were being hit in their movements up our legs. It was very rough and painful, would not recommend for a relaxing massage. We all left feeling disgusting, not relaxed at all. When we returned upstairs and were asked about our experience we were honest that we felt very unhappy. The men said thag it was the ladies fault despite us hearing one of the men saying "full body" to the ladies downstairs. We were told we didn't have to pay in a way that was very clearly to guilt us. Then told "oh there is a mistake on our menu, some people thing it's all a group not individual and it is in fact head, back Or feet". I pointed out this was clearly not a mistake by the discription written below, on the website and throughout the menu being in near perfect English. They then continued to argue with the ladies saying it was their fault and we reiterated that it was due to receptions purposeful incorrect communication and was not the masseuse fault. We paid the ladies a fee to thank them for the work but did not pay the desk. When leaving we were followed outside being asked to leave a 5 star review. I would not trust the reviews left.
