No basic amminities avaialble door nobs handle broken wasbasin tap not working no kettle in the room no proper parking space just the location is great

Seriously guys poor service, no TV recharge.... Receptionist looked rude ..he should welcome with smile... prices are High service not good... If owner reading this comment please make your staff humble

Cheap rate hotel. food is good 3 star max.Hotel rooms are ok ok however if looking for cheap hotels its good. if you are take extra bed they do not provide extra pillow. service is very slow May be due to less manpower. however staff is good. food taste is really good and they do have the bar as well. we ordered tandoor Chicken and hyderabadi biryani both were good in taste. location wise its before 18 kms from kasuali.

Stay at Kenwood Resort was comfortable. The hotel is located on the highway leading to Shimla 5 Kms before the Toll plaza. This hotel is round about 20 Kms before Kasauli city. The hotel has big clean rooms with clean bathrooms. It's an old property but is maintained. There are no features of a resort as this is a small hotel. The biggest negative points of this hotel are,1. No drinking water neither bottled or other wise was provided in the room. 2. There were no soaps provided in the bathroom. 3. No electric kettle or any type of coffee or tea pouches were provided. Considering the tariff we paid it should come as standard aminities.The room we stayed in was air conditioned, had a TV and the room had a balcony. A geyser was provided in the bathroom.The inhouse restaurant is good and room service is fine.Spacious and clean room with Privacy.

The hotel location is superb and the food is good, too. Just that some work is going on towards expansion of the highway, so there could be some amount of disturbance because of that. It is 50 mts from Savoy Greens where you may head out for lunch or a casual meet-up with someone. The rooms are big in size but the construction looks quite old. The view outside is good.

Decent pitstop to spend a night while travelling to shimla. Food was good. Bed linens were fine. And overall reasonable pricing. Road construction is on just infront of the hotel, so its a bit dusty. Good part was one hotel staff washed my car as well

Really enjoyed the stay. Best part of this hotel is their food. best service. very nicely maintained lawn for fresh air. we tried their Tandoori, Chinese , some Indian Dishes. As i experienced they serve the best food in this area. nearby there are domino, McDonald, chawla etc. but i recommenced kenwood resort for fresh and authentic Indian food. soon i will visit here with my family. all the best.

Pros: Location is good, 20km before Kasauli, just on the main highway. Free parking available. Nearby Food court is present where one can eat. Staff is helpful and friendly. Room is neat and clean although beddings were torn a bit. A nice garden to enjoy your evening. Cons: Tea was not good. Overall: A decent budget resort to spend 1-2 nights.
