Very dirty.
They don't clean the surfaces. There are always mosquitoes. They don't clean the AC units. The mats are dirty and oily. The steppers are the same way. If you want better lung health, opt for a different gym as they use Good Night fast card everyday for mosquitoes instead of cleanliness.
Also, there are never enough dumbbells and the building is always dirty inspite of having cleaners round the clock.
The trainer works very hard and has good workouts planned but the owner doesn't care for the group exercise area that is the basement.
Ken's gym has been awesome to me. All trainers are super nice and take an interest in you no matter what. I love how they give me tips and are always helpful, encouraging and friendly. The gym itself has a homey vibe to it. Everything is so clean and tidy, and its reasonably priced and it has a great atmosphere
Good and reasonable gym in this covid times.
But machines are old and half of them doesn't work well. Seems like there is no regular maintenance of the machines.
My all time favourite gym. Well equipped and also not at all converted into a crowd even during peak hours also. My gym journey started from this gym and I am loving every bit of it. Definitely recommended
The staff are always very kind and welcoming. One of the male trainers gave me free advice while squatting. It helps me a lot and reduces back pain.
I had a bad experience of breathing issues in another gym with poor air circulation, but Ken's gym is excellent air circulation with a cool temperature.
Probably one of the oldest gym, with absolutely great anesthetics.
Good place to workout. Trainers are very supportive and helpful. Could have been better if machines were good. old and non working machines.
Everything is good about this gym. It's reasonable at 1500rs per month and is equipped with almost all the equipments required for training. I only problem I have is that they don't turn on A/c in winter and because of it the cardio workout is sweaty. Otherwise everything is good about this gym.

The Gym is spacious and well equipped with all kinda of machines and free weights. Nexus fitness club boasts the swanky state of the art equipments but more over they have created and maintained the perfect atmosphere for a solid workout.
