Kevin was absolutely amazing!! Best person there Most of the people are very friendly but the restaurant need to change the way they operate. Like as soon I enter the restaurant it is like i have suddenly entered a place which is completely different than rest of the hotel and I say this in a bad way. Casual attitude. Employees singing with guests in the restaurant while cleaning the tables etc Rest everything was just perfect!!

Good stay experience.. Good food, a clean hotel, and the US visa consulate are all within a 5-minute walk; that's a big plus. The market is also within walking distance. Check-in and checkout were easy and quick. There are so many options for breakfast and dinner. There are no views from the rooms, but the rooms are decent enough for a shorter stay. The staff was nice. In-room food service was also prompt.

Checked into the hotel recently expecting paradise seeing the google photos but I guess I went to Kenilworth in the upside down. Yeah the lobby was somewhat okay but the rooms are the size of a bathroom(!) and there was no ventilation at all. I always kept wondering what would happen to those elderly people who have reflux/gas problems. This issue should be seriously noted. Also I asked one staff to send me a room freshener and he sent me a surface cleaner lol what was I supposed to do with it? Clean the house room? Idk. The view from the window was pretty lame, felt like I'm stuck in a loophole of eternity. The only grand thing about this hotel was disappointment!! They had no proper smoking zone? People have to stand like peasants in the corner of the parking lot to smoke. What the hell.. I think it was supposed to be a 4 star hotel but I had around 10-12 stars spinning around my head seeing the online images vs what was presented irl. Not worth the money. They keep you waiting for 2 hours during checking but ask you to checkout early.

Rooms are a little cramped but otherwise no issue. Restaurant is hit and miss, generally the Indian dishes are good, otherwise you may or may not be lucky. Service is poor, with the exception of Kasturi who was consistently excellent. Management should consider promoting her and having her train the rest of the staff in delivering excellent service. Staff seem very disorganised and keep losing paperwork then chasing guests down to re-sign things - including interrupting a ceremony in order to do so!

The Kenilworth, Kolkata, hosted a whirlwind of emotions in my short stay, crafting unforgettable moments especially the last few hours of my stay which I can't get into details of. While check-in was a lengthy affair and rooms a tad cozy for the price, they packed in all necessary amenities a 4 star hotel should have. A bittersweet breakfast, hindered by impending departure blues (was really sad to be leaving), featured limited options. The real showstopper? The sleek cars adorning the entrance. Polite staff added to the experience. Leaving with a mix of sadness and amazing memories, The Kenilworth will be remembered.

Had visited aromas restaurant with 21 guests for dinner. But the experience was very ordinary. The staff were very unprofessional and very late in serving the foods which is not expected at a 4 star property.

Lazy staff,You will have to ask for every essential things. But they would charge you at any cost. Remember they have there own policy if you book by a third party app like Agoda they will treat a kid till 12 years but hotel has its own rules it will say we treat kid till 6 years and you will have to pay the difference.Very unprofessional staffing always asking for tips

All good. Pleasant staff, good breakfast and neat and clean place. Unfortunately, the rooms are ill maintained. Even the pumps of the shampoo "AND" the soap dispenser did not work. you can imagine how a guest would have completed his bath. That is very very poor maintenance. It took 3 visits of the house keeping staff to eventually fix this dispensers. The room too was small and cramped up.
