Rude unhelpful Staff and Looting patients by selling various packages!! After doing cataract surgery for both the eyes, I sent the documents to insurance company for claim process. The insurance company misplaced the original payment receipt and asked me to send a duplicate copy of the receipt. When i showed this email to the Kenia hospital and requested them to give me a duplicate bill, the person on the counter, started talking rudely and declined to help in any away. After spending almost 2 lacs for surgery these people don't even care about the patient. Now I will not be getting the claim money because of this pathetic staff. Never ever visit such private clinics for treatment, they are always looking for ways to loot money without caring about patient. I had requested them to do cashless cataract surgery, which they declined. Had it was done as cashless process, I would have not lost so much money. i don't recommend this hospital due to poor service and staff. They loot patients by asking them to visit multiple times and sell various packages.
I had cataract in both eyes and visited multiple doctors across Mumbai, however all the others kept delaying and pushing for random treatments. Then I got to know about Kenia Eye Hospital and I am so thankful for it. Everything at Kenia is so organized, the doctors, consultant and staff are so approachable and give out all information. I got cataract surgery done on both my eyes at Kenia and I am very happy with the result. 10/10 would definitely recommend to everyone!
Everything under one roof, with trained and well manner staff to take care of all your vision needs. You can take the appointment over phone or whatsapp. There is no parking place but Kenia eye hospital has made arrangements so you can park your vehicle in Milan Mall which is next to the hospital.
