Double bed room costs 1000rs, warm water available during day for bath. Hotel open 24*7, it is 24hrs check-in and check-out. Cleanliness needs to be improved specially as there are cockroaches in room and corridors. I had to buy naphthalene balls to repel them from bags. It's seems to be common problem with budget hotel's in area. I searched other hotels in the area in this budget and all had same problem.

Worst manitanence. I had wnet with with Family for one day stay, first the lift is very small barely two person can stand. The rooms are also so small for the price they charge. Ceiling fan were very slow, and bed is not exactly below the fan. Water was mot available on every floor. Room service is vey poor. The person incharge (Mr Sundar) was very rude to us, with attitude kind of spoiled our trip mood. Overall worst experience.

Not so good rooms they call it delux rooms in 5th floor which are in worst condition. Broken bathroom doors, broken seat covers, non working TV and muddy pillow covers. So check the rooms before paying.

Very Very Poor and arrogant Service. Rooms totally not bad it's worst. Full of roachs Bathroom totally unhygienic, if we call book it's yes initially but when we visit they are devils. No respect for Customers

Kengeri Gateway Comforts, i stayed here for one day. No WiFi and no TV. I stayed here and asked for a single room.but given double and charged more from me. The hotel looks like a normal one and not.much facilities. The bed and bedsheets are dirty. TV and Wifi are not working and I am charged more money from me. Same facilities you will get near hotels for a better price. 1000 rupees per day for a single person here is a waste of money here. I will give two stars only.

Pathetic Service by the Reception team, will not get the correct details, upon asking questions they will threaten you. Will not give good bill copy. Will keep asking for money, will disturb by calling stay update, highly unprofessional. Stayed 4 days 3 nights, not cleaned the room even once. Don't recommend the hotel even if they are giving it free.

Never suggest... Rates too high ..... Front office staffs are having such a rude behaviour...... Charging more as compared to nearby rooms.... Poor service..... Bathroom and everything not cleaned. ......... Never suggest this place............ Hot water not working properly ...... Better stay away ..... Charged more than rs.1600 for double room without AC...

Worst service Staff is rude and not having manners to speak with guests. Rooms are clean, but bed sheets and pillow covers dirty. TV not working. Washroom are not clean. Room service calls are not attended. Only good thing is location **There are multiple options of budget hotels near to this. **Do not prefer this hotel until it's too much necessary. ** Do check bill and tarrif before check in, if booking for long stay confirm bill amount before check in. ( They make blunders in billing) ** Check rooms thoroughly,there may be chances of see through holes. Overall worst experience..
