Kendriya vihar apartment itself is a landmark in yelahanka, this apartment was built in the year 2000-02 by central govt project and has almost 500+ flats, Our late president Shri A P J Abdul Kalam had a flat in KV, security is good, cameras are installed and the complex is very well maintained with a garden, road, there was a problem of flooding due to Lake behind the apartment when it rains heavily now it has been sorted out. Greenery inside the apartment, all necessary shops available.
Went to meet a friend. It was a calm, clean & green society. Security, cctv, parking space, lift, some shops, garden. Spacious flats, balcony, ventilation. 8 (8x2 = 16) blocks are there each one is a 9 floor building. 1,2,3,4 BHK flats. Surprised to see a calm & clean place that too beside the airport running - a very busy highway.
It is amazing society to live. All basic facilities are available like Nandini's Cafe, cafeteria, laundry, vegetable shop, grocery shop, stationery shop, stitching shop and most importantly Homeopathy Clinic is inside society

The ideal place to live in irrespective of age. The friendly proactive community adds color to life. The presence of such vast green lungs in the city is truly rare. Serenity and simplicity goes together. Privileged to stay here.
This is a cluster of residential towers spread over few acres adjacent to the Airport Road (Bellary Highway). This residential complex has a thick green cover of trees, walkways, children's play area, badminton courts, halls and spaces for community usage. Gated community, round the clock security and CCTV cameras make the area very safe for residents.
