Poor patient management. Even during covid, the crowd was huge. Despite taking prior appointment, they kept us waiting for hours. They don't care about the patient i felt, as they should understand that its difficult for patients to be seated for so long despite being in pain.
Dr. Kelkar is an outstanding doctor and surgeon. I needed surgery after breaking my arm around my shoulder. Not only did he make the whole process prompt and comfortable, he was very attentive and informative through 1.5 months of aftercare until the rods put in needed to be pulled out. Because I needed to get K-wires that stuck out of my body during the entirety of the period of healing to hold the bones inside in place, I constantly had episodes of immense pain that he attended to very promptly. Great service!
