Really expensive and still doesn't manage to provide the basic facilities (dirty washrooms, no calling bell for the patients to call the nurses, foods for patients are neither available in hospital nor anywhere near etc.). Staffs are not helpful at all. Management fooled us by saying that they will refund us the amount of "Swasthya Sathi card" ( west bengal govt.'s health insurance) but it's been a year now and they haven't, even after calling them several times.
Overall worst experience. Won't recommend to anyone. For kidney issues Maharaja Hospital is way better and less costlier too.
