Operation going on inside room, outside full loud-noice.. Please maintain silent. Per family they allowed 20 peoples.. This is not park.. Worst experience

Very clean Room and nurses are good but there is No canteen and attenders in hospital and cost of charges for Room is ok Negative is no canteen and swepers and other cleaning people's asking money Good for delivery peoples and minor surgery patients.

The hospital is not accepting any health insurance. Nurses semi skilled and not responsible. Workers always asking money. Room atmosphere very poor and dirty toilet. And their bills very high and writting in rough . The hospital MD very old robotic man. When he crossing the staffs are acting like black cats.

This hospital is very clean and safe Doctor swarparani very talent gynaecologist.maximum prefer delivery case normal delivery

The photos I've shared as a part of this review is the window of the ICU. You can very well see bugs all around, and worst smell in a room which needs to be maintained with the highest level of quality and care. Only reason I had to make this hospital a choice was Dr Arivarasi, who's an expert and a kind Doctor. I have even asked her if there's any other hospital where she can help us with wife's delivery, but she gave us only this option. But rooms are a bit better than the ICU maintenance.

My wife was admitted there for delivery as per Doctors Advice. After three days they insisted to opt for cesarean, else we will not responsible for the Kid. I was so emotional and couldn't risk it , went ahead. I was still skeptical about the doctors decision. Apart from this , the hospital management is very clever, for card payments we have to pay commission as cash, I had to fight with them, and tried to raise a complaint with the point of sale machine owner, but no response and was helpless.. Apart from that insurance was accepted for Operation not for medicines. We have to pay and later will get partial reimbursement from insurance company. They have to improve their service by educating their nurses and other supporting staffs.

One biggest disadvantage Card swiping machine have but they do extra charges for example your payable amount is Rs500 but additional charges 10rs totally Rs510 othervise hospital workers good

I got worst response from receptionist. They do not have basic sense when they were replying to others...they are chatting among themselves, combing their hair instead of giving reply. If I made a call regarding op, I could not get correct response from Keerthana hospital receptionist.
