No goods staff and it was not good experience with kangan guest house.
It's been my 3rd time staying here I visited on 10th Dec
the room on the ground floor next to where the owner stays was given to me for my self my wife and my kid of 4 years . For RS 1500 a night.
Unfortunately my experience was SHATTERED by the owner response
When I pointed out that she didn't have Tata Sky active.,
water in the tap wasn't functional, Hot water was not available,
& the fan was working on one speed only that's no 5
After checking in & having a plumber come at 4 pm to sort the issue which was resolved
It so happened that hot water was not available on my return from the beach at 7pm
Owner wanted to call the plumber again at 7pm where I requested for another room where things were in a working condition
After connecting to the owner of Keegans she was unable to give me another room and also a refund
& kept on saying """MANY PEOPLE HAVE STAYED AND NO ONE HAS COMPLAINED I AM THE 1ST """"
truely I understood she dsnt know what is customer service on her above answer and took a decision to leave the place at 8 . 30 pm with my wife and 4 years old Daughter
Just wanted to share my experience as was totally disappointed and yes my weekend was spoilt
We were a group of 9 lucky enough to have bumped into this place, the restaurant is amazing, fresh food served at very reasonable rate, it was so refreshing to have good North Indian, extremely filling
Definitely recommend this for their North Indian Dishes and Sea food.
We didn't stay here so can't comment on that, but thank you Team Keegana for a lovely Wednesday lunch !
Had an amazing stay at keegans guest house. The staff was very helpful and catered to our needs. The rooms are also spacious and clean. Plus point the beach is 10 mins walking distance from the guest house. And the rates are also reasonable for families or friends

The rooms were beautifully set and clean.
The beach was really close by which was a plus point.
The prices were also super reasonable.

The location was amazing. Very nice view with lot of nature, it was overall A very peaceful stay. Furthermore, the staff were very nice and welcoming and the food was very well cooked with a wide variety to choose from.
The staff was all friendly, and the overall atmosphere was great. I enjoyed my time here with my family. The location was ideal as it was close to the beach and many restaurants. I had a great time and will return soon.
Umesh is just amazing with his service. We had a marriage ceremony in Goa. We booked Keegan for 3 days. The rooms were clean and kept ready a day before we arrived. They have an RO water filter and fridge in the kitchen, gysers in the bathrooms and ACs in all the rooms. The rooms are pretty spacious and comfortable. We were a group of 30 - all vegetarian. He did the best he could to serve us veg food. No complaints on the service part. The staff was friendly and cooperative throughout our stay. The place is budget friendly. Would definitely recommend for families. The beautiful Utorda beach is just 10-15 mins away.
