We had a memorable stay at Kedige. We enjoyed the homely food and the hospitality from Prakash Sir and his family. The room was neatly maintained. Homestay is just off the highway, easy to locate. All the tourist places are nearby from this place (approx 25-30 km range), so you can visit these places easily. If required they will arrange for cabs, boating, autos. Had a great time and hope to visit soon.

I am intentionally writing this review after 20 days. The taste of authentic Konkani food and hospitality of the owner and his family members still revolves in our mind. My mother on our entire journey criticised the outside food, except this one. Rather she enquired about the recipes of some dishes. You might feel the rates bit on the dearer side but at the end you will happily spend the money.

Myself and 3 friends had a great stay here during a cycle tour Rooms were clean, with hot water, screens on the windows, and a nice porch area. Pleasant walk down to a quiet beach. Host was kind and responsive and also served a great dinner.

Staying at kedige Home stay is one of the best experience we had. We stayed there for three nights and Prakashji took care of us like his family member. The room was spacious, clean and had two large beds. The home made food was super authentic, delicious and tasty. We went with our pet and she enjoyed the place. There is a private beach just behind the home stay, need to walk for around 1km and it is very clean. This home stay is at strategic location If you want to explore kumta, gokarna and other places in southern and Northern part, eco beach, mangrove walk, fort, and other beaches and temple at gokarna. We will love to stay here again and I highly recommend it to other.
Very nice ambience and location. Rooms are very neat and clean. There is a beach nearby where we can go and also it is in the centre to gokarna, honnavara or Yana so it is also good in that aspect. The main highlight is food very delicious and traditional. Owner and his family are very hospitable. Felt like home away from home.
