Learn how to maintain a good customer relationship by giving them importance and talking to them nicely. You never know, if you are losing a customer because you did not treated them nicely when they entered your store.

Worst cycle store of Ranchi. I will not suggest to visit there. Reviews are totally correct. Their behavior was very bad. Owner rudely said that he'll charge Rs100 for only Inspection and to service the Cycle they charge Rs1000. This was great... Even tvs charges 1200 for the service or even less. And he is charging Rs1000 for the cycle service.

Beware of this Store. Zero after sales service. First they will sell you wrong tyre Inspite of you telling them the corret size. Later they will simply refuse return & not expecting their mistake. I was planning to upgrade my bicycle but now will thick twice before going there. There are much better professional stores in city. Check out track & trail.

They'll charge 500 RS for cycle servicing but won't give you receipt I'm writing this edit after I visited the store again, they're robbing the customers without any weapons. I purchased the montra madrock from their store and now they're saying they don't do the repair work, only full servicing. It's like getting admitted in ICU for treatment of common cold. owner asked me for 1000rs for handle ball racer, later I went to montra showroom, they did it for 300rs only. Do yourself a favour and don't go there, they don't even behave appropriately.

Zero after sales service and Owner (old man) is arrogant and doesn't know how to treat customers. Punjab Cycles are the Best in Ranchi.

Went here to buy a new gear cycle..the owner or the shop was sitting there and asked him to explain some as I was not aware about the gear one..he seemed not at all interested to explain..just told us the price and went away..later some another customer came and explained me about that..I am not saying about his behaviour..but when you are thinking to invest 10k and basic explanation should be needed..that u shouldnt expect that type of rough gesture...I will not suggest anybody to go there..just location wise it is best but rating wise it is worst..

Huge variety.You'll definitely get what you want.The shop also gives exiting gifts and cycle utilities on every purchase.Undoubtedly one of the best cycle stores in the city.
