The owner is the rudest person you will ever meet in all of the varanasi. We walked out of the guest house just in half an hour even after paying full price of 1500, we asked him to turn on the ac as it was on auto cut, the way he was speaking was the reason we walked out. There are lots of hotel nearby, so please don't even think of coming to this guest house.
I am telling you from bottom of my heart room service is not acceptable the owner is so arrogant.! We have paid 1500 AC room but AC stopped within some time.! We left the room within the hour and didn't get any kind of refund.! Don't judge this guest house by the good reviews it is a wrist guest house for you goodness choose your hotel near assi ghat main road but never choose kedar guest house.! Thankyou good luck and even I don't wanna rate it if I do I ll provide negative.! And after we left the room the owner called us and asking for money which we already paid to him.! Than he called us again and saying you haven't paid any kind of money and we told him to send him the payment receipt suddenly he changes his thought and offering us 500refund by saying come to our guest house.! And we were not interested in this beacuse I don't know what he was thinking at that time don't go there guys wrost.!

I have arranged trip to Varanasi from Vadodara for my senior citizen parents and was very tensed as they were new to city and how would they manage to travel. I have arranged everything for them except hotel as it was devdiwali season and all the rates were too high. I then booked room in Kedar guest house and believe me owner is awsome person he is too polite and helped in all the way he can. He provided room on 1st floor so my parents dont need to climb much stairs. On arrival they were unable to get the location so he personally came and picked them. Pandey ji ne hume bol dia tha app tension na le hum apke parents ka khyal rakhlege...and I am so happy my parents trip went well in Varanasi..Rooms were very hygiene and clean..First I was tensed as in review it was written that hotel is so inside the street need to walk and all but there was no such issue. Local riskhaw can be easily access from the hotel. location is beautiful near to Assi ghat and rikshaw can be easily access for Kashi and all Ghats..Over all perfect stay
