Had second bad experience with their restaurant. First time it was difference in billing when we highlighted it they first tried to argue it by saying the menu was old one when we told them then you should have given the latest one to the customer they gave a 20% discount on the bill. Now this latest one is of parcel of our remaining food. The quantity was too less than what was there. And even after complaining they are just not accepting their fault that means they are feeding the other customers the remaining food of other customers as there is no other reason for not giving the customer their remaining food. Were a regular customer. Will say their food tastes good but now can't go there as lost trust about the service . Don't want to eat others leftover food. If you don't care about eating others leftover food you can go ahead as the taste is good.
Very nice in nearby areas with banquet hall and specious room with well mannered staffs and cleanliness, good parking space overall good place.
Food quantity is so much that u will get tired eating. Taste and Ambience is wow of sports bar. Overall happening place. Good for groups.
Very good ambience they have thier own pub at basement night atmosphere there good sound. Foot quality is amazing over there.
Very poor service and the front desk lady is very rude and does not know how to talk to customers. Wifi always some work going on or technical issue. There are many options available near to this hotel only book if you are okay for poor customer service and very rude behaviour that to paying so much money
They have not maintained the rooms well and service is also not good . Ac didn't work Geyser didn't work If you order something it wil take a hell lot of time and at the end they say it's not available,so quite pathetic service.
A chef with limited knowledge is hired here... just 2 types of gravy used in each & every dishes... same chinese dishes same in Indian dishes... tried Chicken Mangolian that was cold hard like it was someones cancelled order and Lahori Paneer... Lahori Paneer even chef with little knowledge or no knowledge might know that Lahori Paneer is done in Cashew Cream Gravy... The gravy was like Non-veg dish... If someone don't know what different dishes taste like shall go and enjoy the tasteless not exactly tasteless but same taste dishes... NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.
The room maintenance was very good and very peaceful.good experience to stay here.
