although I have write my review after my stay..but today on first day of stay I decided to tell my experience ...first of all the behaviour of staff is dominating and showing that they are right and customer are wrong...they never put remote of ac in the room and on asking why they do this they give reply that customer playing with ac remote that's why they set the temp of room they keep the remote of ac with them ..after requesting they give me remote...they don't have hot water supply in bathroom although they have plant of geyser..they said that whenever u requires hot water for bath just tell us..we will bring a bucket of hot water for u...and lastly the jet spray and flush of toilet is disgusting and when I ask for solving, then by just hook and crook they just repair it and still not working jet spray and flush then change my room...and same prob arises in that room.....
Food quality is good & hospitality is also very good...but room size is very congested & parking area also need to improve.
