We had a great trip to North East with Kaziranga Holidays. Mr. Rajkumar Das was a great help from the day 1, beginning from the iterinary proposal till the last minute. Everyone in our group agreed 100 percent his gentleman approach in every detail of the trip. We had warm welcome at the Guwahati airport. Everyday de was follow up with us our comforts and details. Eight days gone with a great experience and memorable days passed with yummy north eastern food. For many in our group brahmaputra cruise was a dream cum true and we all had a life time memorable time. Bihu dance arranged and we all enjoyed to the core. Last day we had a sumptuous assamese traditional dinner arranged by Mr. DAS. We wil never forget the hospitality and concern shown by him during the entire trip. Many of my friends who is dreaming to visit North East already contacted me for a reference.our iterinary includes Guwahati, Kamakhya temple, Navagraha temple, Kaziranga National Park Shillong, Mawlynnong, chirappunji and one day and night at the Cruise in Brahmaputra. The cruise people also were very polite and friendly and they also served yummy food. They were at our service whenever we need and want something.
Rajkumar understands your need and family. He explains what u can do and what u cannot. Murtaza Khan our driver was very nice who practically understand the place requirement. Overall experience was awesome. We as a family travel every year, but first time we had lunch with our travel Bhai who Guided us well.
After lot of yes and no, me and my husband finally said yes to the trip to Assam, Meghalaya and Arunachal including Kaziranga National Park with 80+ year old in laws and 2 young kids. We came in touch with Mr.Rajkumar Das through my brother and he organised the entire trip from the moment we landed in Guwahati, till we boarded our flight back. When we landed in Guwahati, he showed good gesture by inviting us to local restaurant and we loved the Assamese cuisine, he welcomed us with Guwahati shalla. On my request he booked a budget friendly guest house in Shillong which we did not find good after reaching later at night so he changed it to a better hotel for our next day's stay. The jeep safari he arranged in Kaziranga picked us from the hotel and it was totally worth it. When we came to know that Bumla pass is open, we requested him for the passes and he quickly addressed our request and we had amazing fun there too as we were lucky to see abundant snow and amazing snowfall. We faced a small issue with our driver while returning to Guwahati and Mr. Rajkumar quickly dismissed him and arranged two different cabs for Kamakhya Devi darshan so that my in laws can come late at 10 am for darshan in senior citizen quota (we needed to go early at 6:30 am for VIP darshan queue he arranged for us). He went out of the way to make our trip a memorable one and all the hotels he booked for us were of good standard. Throughout our trip, he was in continuous touch with us and the hotels to make sure we are having a pleasant stay. When I wanted to go shopping in Guwahati, he was happy to accompany us and patiently waited for me. When he learnt that I am a green tea fan, he gifted Assam green tea and brought a smile on my face . His services are top notch. Customer satisfaction is his forte and he won our hearts with his services. I 100 percent recommend Kaziranga Holidays for you to have best trip like we did! Mr Rajkumar Das is a thorough professional who caters to the needs of his customers irrespective busy time schedules. This was evident on my visit to Maa Kamakhya Devi Temple, GAU where over just one phone call he took care of my transfers. He also felt apologetic when he wasn't able to get me the special VIP Darshan at the cost that day, however he went ahead and made sure my entire day was well coordinated. I would definitely recommend their services to all the people coming to Assam!
I alongwith my wife availed the service of M/s Kaziranga Holidays, Guwahati for 7N/8D tour on the Guwahati - Shillong - Kaziranga - Guawahati sector in early November 2022. A complete tour package was booked for us and information shared well in advance upto very fine details. We visited Ma Kamakhya Temple, Navgrah temple and Umanand temple in Guawahati, enjoyed evening cruise on River Brahmaputra. In Shillong we visited the famous Cathedral Church, Don Bosco Museum, Dowki river, living room bridge, elephant Falls, caves at Cherrapunjee and many other water falls (I am missing to mention some places), ... In Kaziranga we enjoyed Elephant Safari in the morning and Jeep Safari in the afternoon. Our assigned driver who picked us up from Guawahati Airport on day 1 and dropped us back on day 8 at the Guawahati Airport performed the daily assigned duty with utmost attention and dedication. We were pleasantly surprised on being greeted by the driver by offering us the traditional Assamese Gamchha (uttariya). He weared beautiful positive look, promptly received our phone calls/called back immediately on noticing our missed calls. He also served as guide to us as he knows the significance/history of places visited. Such persons are assets in hospitality industry. Daily programmes were well defined, e.g., the time to start, places/sights to visit, and restaurants to have meals or refreshments. Each hotel where our booking was done welcomed and greeted us enthusiastically. Meals were served to us as per our liking. The founder of Kaziranga Holidays met us personally at Guwahati and we enjoyed a cup of tea with him. He too is an excellent person with positive attitude. We planned a trip to Arunachal Pradesh.We consulted KH .Mr Das has mailed me itinerary, which includes customised tour, hotels ,breakfast, safari,sightseeing etc.When we arrived at Guwahati driver was waiting for us at 10 p.m. We visited Pakke Tiger reserve, Bomdila, Dirang,Tawang,Blumla pass and done local sight seeing at Guwahati. The cost of tour was reasonable when compared with branded tour operators. The more important is that we have freedom to visit any spot enroute.Very hospitable people. Thank you Mr Das.
Mr. Rajkumar Das gets the whole credit of our tour to Tawang / Bumla pass/ Pakke tiger reserve/ Sela Pass etc. The stay ,food , sightseeing all meticulously planned & executed. We had very bad experience as the hotels provided by them were below par at both Shillong and Kaziranga, at Kaziranga we were given 4 deluxe and 2 standard rooms , we had specifically asked for Deluxe rooms in both locations however we did not get what we asked , after many phone calls to Rajkumar some compromise was worked out.Very unprofessional approach and not understanding customer requirements.Not worth the money charged. Tour not planned properly and required too much of unnecessary travel to save cost on accommodation( which was pocketed by operator).Will not recommend.
