Kay's By The Sea - Resort hotel in Shiroda - Sindhudurg, India

Great place overall. The only reason for 4 star is because the bathroom had shower curtains that were probably never washed or cleaned since it was put up. It was mouldy and disgusting. If they can only resolve that, it's a great place to unwind.

The food served by the person whose hotel is in the property (beside pool) was amazing. The food tastes really good & fish was delicious! We stayed in the sea facing room.. The hall is huge and has a small kitchen there. The rooms are okay. Washrooms were kind of maintained.. but the overall experience was amazing!

Positives: Excellent location, lovely pool, and private beach access. Negatives: The manager, Mr. Naik, exhibits rudeness, resembling more of a bouncer than a manager. Unwelcoming, speaks arrogantly, and is outright unpleasant. The restaurant offers a very limited and subpar menu. Our bathroom hosts two frogs, indicating a lack of cleanliness in the rooms. I would consider revisiting only if Mr. Naik is not present on the property.

They have a swimming pool, not maintained in rainy season so ask before to book. The rooms are huge and comes with a kitchen. It is so-so maintained, don't expect it be spick and span. The location is superb, along the beach, though it is not recommended to swim since the water gets very deep within few meters. And yes! The food! Amazing sea food! Having food at the hotel is what I'd recommend for sure.

Hotel not agreed for cancellation... Very rude talking.... Even in medical emergency... I requested very hardly bt no positive response.... First time i got such type of response.... And now i decided not use make my trip app also and this hotel also....

Visited this place in 1st Week of October. Truly mesmerising place to visit. The best location and great ambience for a perfect stay in Coastal Maharashtra. The best food quality served at the most reasonable rates alongwith best service. Truly Worth Visiting.

Horrible service... he had booked full restaurant but zero service have been provided. No current... booked hotel 10 days prior but too hotel have not repaired there generator. They dont have candles Food was served in use and throw plastic plates soup was served in plastic glass tasteless food... rooms were dirty.. beds were smelling in short "BAKWAS HOTEL" THEY HAVE MENTIONED IT AS 2 STAR, go and check there kitchen and dining area.. ROADSIDE stalls are even better than this 2star hotel.

This is a great resort. Rooms are very big. Deluxe rooms have a hall and a bedroom and a big balcony. Right beside the sea the rooms provide great sea views. The swimming pool is super awesome. The restaurant could be a little better. Stayed with my wife daughter and mother in law for 3 days and it was worth every penny. Highly recommended.
