My masseuse folded me like a pretzel and snapped me like a glow stick. 10/10, highly recommend the Chola massage. Follow up with a visit to the steam room and some tea in the relaxation room.

Shankar is my stylist for the pst 12 years, I'm happy he is currently at grand chola and still continuing to do an amazing job. Even my female friends who have been going to celebrity stylists have now started coming to kaya kalp. ITC's customer service and Shankar's amazing skills is a must try.
